Meet the Doctors

Linda Gentry DDS (me) graduated from UNMC College of Dentistry in 2000 and promptly went into private practice in Omaha. I can’t believe that it’s been 10 years! I’ve been involved in a bunch of dentist-ish activities, but my favorite accomplishment is creating a practice of which I’m proud to call Gentry Smiles. I’ve had a blast getting to know my patients and providing a nice place to work for my wonderful team. I enjoy all kinds of dentistry including cosmetic dentistry (I do like making things pretty!), restorative dentistry, preventative dentistry, and all encompassing family dentistry. I also enjoy being creative and I’m drawn to all things creative. I’m proud to say that I did all of the photography on this site and manage to get a little extra photography in on the weekends. My husband and I had a little girl in 2009 and are enjoying the heck out of being new parents!

I’m proud to have Sugiko Reed DDS (Sugi) on the Gentry Smiles team! Dr Reed graduated from Creighton College of Dentistry in 2007 and joined me in private practice here at Gentry Smiles. Dr Reed grew up in Omaha, but enjoys family from Japan, Hawaii, and Wisconsin. Dr Reed is extremely well respected by her instructors and collegues and brings her excellent clinical skills to our team. She is kind and caring with her patients and always goes beyond the call of duty. Dr Reed loves to travel. She’s been known to see the likes of Taiwan, Hawaii, Japan, NY City, Houston and just about anywhere an airplane can take her. Despite her love to go, she is very grounded in the Midwest. She is an animal lover and loves spending time with her amazing family here in Omaha.
